    In Japan, cosmetics are regulated by Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare, under the Pharmaceutical and Medical Devices Law. Generally, Japan classifies cosmetics into two categories: cosmetics and medicated cosmetics, and regulations govern each category very differently. The Webinar session mainly introduce to audience how Japan regulates cosmetic and medicated cosmetics differently and how they can better comply with these regulations.
