Administrative Measures on Cosmetics Registration and Notification and its supporting rules have been released and will come into effect on May 1, 2021. Starting from May 1, the registration and notification of cosmetics shall comply with the requirements under the new regulatory framework. To help enterprises accurately understand the updated cosmetic registration and notification regulations, the National Medical Products Administration (hereafter referred to as NMPA) is going to organize an internal training program in late April. ChemLinked’s regulatory analyst, Ms. Winnie Xu, will participate in the training and bring back the first-hand regulatory information and news.
During this webinar, Ms. Winnie will share the key points of NMPA officials’ interpretation of the subsidiary regulations under Cosmetics Supervision and Administration Regulation (hereafter referred to as CSAR) and their responses on the most concerning issues. Detailed topics include "What kind of good manufacturing practices (normally abbreviated as GMP) certificate is recognized for exempting animal testing? Does NMPA accept foreign efficacy evaluation reports?", etc.
