Background

Administrative Measures on Cosmetics Registration and Notification and its supporting rules have been released and will come into effect on May 1, 2021. Starting from May 1, the registration and notification of cosmetics shall comply with the requirements under the new regulatory framework. To help enterprises accurately understand the updated cosmetic registration and notification regulations, the National Medical Products Administration (hereafter referred to as NMPA) is going to organize an internal training program in late April. ChemLinked’s regulatory analyst, Ms. Winnie Xu, will participate in the training and bring back the first-hand regulatory information and news.
