CBEC in China was subject to transition grace period policy from May 2016, and this transition period policy will be continuingly extended to the end of 2018.
In May 2016, China released a transition period policy for CBEC (policy details you may see: CL) and announced to implement it until May 2017. But in Nov. 2016, the policy has been extended to the end of 2017. Now it confronted a second extension until the end of 2018.
In Mar. 2017, the Ministry of Commerce of China used to declare to regard CBEC retail commodities as personal articles on a conference (details see: CL), this decision seems to be postponed.
