On 6 Sept, China Standardization Administration published the Announcement 17 of 2013 which contains 19 testing standards mainly for prohibited and restricted substances in cosmetic products and 4 product standards regarding lotion, hair dye, shampoo and facial cleanser, respectively.
All the standards are recommendatory and will come into force next year. The table below shows the 23 standards released:
