On June 3, 2024, Singapore's Health Sciences Authority (HSA) issued Health Products (Fees) (Amendment) Regulations 2024, which introduces revisions to the regulatory fees for cosmetic products. As of July 1, 2024, this amendment has been officially implemented.
The regulatory fee revised for cosmetics are as follows:

# Goods and Services Tax (GST) is only applicable to health product fees for non-mandatory applications and services. Fees shown are inclusive of GST. HSA will continue to absorb the 1% GST increases which took effect in Singapore from 1 Jan 2023 and 1 Jan 2024, until further notice |
Compared with the previous price, a fee increase averaging 5% was implemented, with a minimum increase of $1 and a cap of $200 per fee item. HSA stated that this fee revision is necessary to recover part of the costs for the services rendered to businesses.
