    Hydrolyzed Wheat Protein really becomes a restricted ingredient? I cannot find this information in the original paper. Please advise, what is the restricted range? Thank you!

    Hi Elaine, thanks for your question. Hydrolyzed Wheat Protein is to be included in the restricted ingredient list in South Korea. The maximum average molecular weight of peptide in Hydrolyzed Wheat Protein shall not exceed 3.5 kDa.
