India Overhauls Cosmetic Regulations
On Dec. 15, 2020, India MOHFW released the Cosmetics Rules 2020, providing a separate and updated cosmetic regulation for the management of cosmetic manufacture, import, registration, and sale in India. A series of supporting standards and guidance were also introduced and implemented.
