On Nov. 14, 2022, Indonesia released the updated list of drug and food restricted from entering Indonesia, replacing the previous 2017 version. The updated list came into effect on Dec. 15, 2022.

Compared with the previous 2017 version, the cosmetic products that are restricted from entering Indonesia are not greatly changed, only some wordings are slightly adjusted.
