On August 30, Guangdong FDA announced that effective from the date of announcement, 7 new institutions will be responsible for performing microbiological test and hygiene chemical test for filing of domestic non-special use cosmetics, bringing the total number of approved testing institutions to 195, as listed in our Cosme-List.
