Indonesia Updates Cosmetic Notification Service Standards

On August 15, 2025, Indonesia’s Directorate of Registration of Traditional Medicines, Health Supplements, and Cosmetics (OTSKK) issued and implemented an updated Service Standards document. ¹ The Standards sets out the processing timelines, procedures, and documentation requirements for cosmetic notification applications.

Compared with the 2024 version, the 2025 Service Standards introduces several adjustments. While most changes are minor, they simplify certain procedures and slightly optimize service timelines. The key updates are summarized below:

The official submission website for cosmetic notifications in the 2025 Service Standards has been updated to https://registrasi.pom.go.id/

2. Simplified Procedures for Company/Factory Information Changes

The requirements for changing company or factory information (name or address) in relation to already-notified cosmetics have been streamlined:
