Japan Revised Requirements of Additives Used in Permanent Wave Products and Hair Dyes

Takehome:

Japan revised the list of additives in permanent wave products and additives in hair dyes.

1. In Hair Dye list, the ingredient "Isostearoyl Hydrolyzed Collagen Solution (2)" (No. 0133) is deleted;
2. In both lists, the ingredient "Wheat Starch" (No.0539 in Hair Dye list, No.0545 in Permanent wave products) is deleted;
3. In both lists, the ingredient "Poly N,N'-Dimethyl-3,5- Methylene-Piperidinium Chloride Solution" (No.1293 in Hair Dye list, No.1277 in Permanent wave products) was renamed Polyoxyethylene Acetylated Lanolin (7E.O.).
