Korea Appoints One New Cosmetics Testing Institution

    Takehome:

    Korea appointed YS Environmental Technology Research Institute as an approved testing institution for general and functional cosmetics. There are now 17 approved cosmetic testing institutions in Korea.

    This institution will take the responsibility of physical and chemical test, generate testing reports to support quality control and inspection of general and functional cosmetics (permanent waving products and hair straightener are excluded). The qualification of this institution will last for 3 years from July 19, 2018 to July 18, 2021. The basic information of this testing institution is as follows:
