Korean Authorities Considering Designating Solid Soap and Epilating Wax as Cosmetics

From Dec 11th to 18th 2017, Korean authorities will meet to discuss designating solid soap and epilating wax as cosmetics.

A series of meetings will be held in Daegu, Gwangju, Daejeon, Busan, Seoul and Kyoung-In. The meetings will give authorities, industry and the public a chance to exchange opinions on the proposed plan and discuss potential difficulties involved in manufacturing or importing re-designated products along with future regulatory compliance issues.
