Pudong Filing Management Trial for First Imported Non-special Use Cosmetics to Expand to All of Shanghai

First imported non-special use cosmetics only require filing with Shanghai FDA and after a preliminary review of application dossiers, the applicant can start to import, greatly shortening market entry time. The expansion of this system to all of Shanghai will greatly benefit the local cosmetic sector.
