South Korea KPTA Reminds to Report Cosmetic Import Information Before February 28

On February 3, 2023, Korea Pharmaceutical Traders Association (KPTA) published a notice¹, which requires the responsible distribution manager to submit the cosmetic import information before February 28. 

As per Regulation for Notification of Cosmetics Manufacturing & Import Amount and Lists of Ingredients², cosmetic responsible distribution managers shall report the import records and cosmetic ingredients of the previous year to KPTA before the end of each February. Therefore, KPTA reminds enterprises to submit the report in time. And those whose submitted information got modified also need to report the changes to KPTA. 

KPTA also introduced the online submission method as below:

Step 1: Log in to the KPTA website (http://www.kpta.or.kr/)

Step 2. Access the Importer management card (수입자 관리카드 작성).

Step 3. Fill in the necessary information
