Takehome:
On Oct 18, 2018, Taiwan FDA released an announcement amending Fee-charging Standards for Registration of Cosmetic Products and Cosmetic Colorants. Public consultation will last until Dec 17, 2018. Any suggestions can be submitted on Taiwan Public Policy Participation Platform.
The standard now is renamed as Fee-charging Standards for Cosmetic Administrative Items, which stipulates fees for cosmetic notification, animal testing application, special-use cosmetics registration, GMP on-site inspection, etc. The fee-charging standard will be effective when Cosmetic Hygiene Safety Administration Act is implemented.
