Thailand Releases Reference List of Cosmetic Fragrance Allergens

On July 7, 2026, the Thai Food and Drug Administration (Thai FDA) published a reference list of fragrance allergens used in cosmetics. The document was developed based on the latest allergen requirements introduced under Commission Regulation (EU) 2023/1545 (updated as of January 21, 2026) and is intended to help cosmetic companies identify the regulatory status of fragrance ingredients. The reference list is for guidance only and does not establish new legal requirements under Thai cosmetic regulations.
