Vietnam Published Implementation Plan for Amended Advertising Law

On August 26, 2025, Vietnam issued Decision No. 1838/QĐ-TTg on Promulgating the Implementation Plan for Amending and Supplementing Several Articles of the Law on Advertising. The plan aims to ensure a timely, uniform, and effective implementation of Law No. 75/2025/QH15 on Amending and Supplementing Several Articles of Law on Advertising. Law No. 75/2025/QH15 is set to be effective on January 1, 2026.
