Canada Updates Risk Management Measures for TPHP and 1,3-Propanediamine Derivatives

On November 22, 2025, the Canadian government published Canada Gazette, Part I, Volume 159, No. 47: Government Notices, which includes updated risk management measures for phosphoric acid, triphenyl ester (TPHP, CAS No. 115-86-6) and Ministerial Condition No. 22245 regarding 1,3-propanediamine, N-[3-(C11-14-isoalkyloxy)propyl] derivatives, C13-rich, acetates (CAS No. 151789-08-1). 1 Both substances are used across various sectors, including cosmetics.
