China General AQSIQ opened its central inspection and quarantine information online record system for cross boarder e-commerce retail, and also issued a new standard to detail procedures for stakeholders on how to file information on this system.
CBEC retail entities, entrusted agents and third parties can now register an account on http://www.kj.eciq.cn to manually record, revise, declare or inquire about their CBEC goods on the system. Registrants on the new system will bear full legal liability for their recorded information. After filing a record, the entity, agent and third parties can import or export goods through a desiganated CBEC portal.
