China Standard Committee released 291 national standard (GB) including 35 items for cosmetic industry, which will enter into force on Sep 1st 2018.
Products such as liquid eyeliner and cleansing oil are the first time to be regulated by GBs. This batch of GBs not only provides product testing method, but also standard for ingredients used in the product. 35 new GBs include:
