To ensure the implementation of the Cosmetic Supervision and Administration Regulationand the Administrative Measures on Cosmetics Registration and Notification, China NMPA will launch an information service platform (https://zwfw.nmpa.gov.cn) on April 1, 2021 for cosmetic companies to carry out cosmetics registration and notification.
The platform will include the following two major modules:

Company information and document management module | April 1, 2021 | Companies can submit their basic information, which is a precondition of submitting applications, for review after the launch time. |
General cosmetics notification and special cosmetics registration management module | May 1, 2021 | It is used for submitting applications of notification and registration. |
