Thailand Updates List of Prohibited Cosmetic Ingredients with 24 Additions and 3 Revisions

On June 12, 2026, Thailand's Ministry of Public Health (MOPH) published an announcement in the Royal Gazette amending the country's list of substances prohibited for use in cosmetic products. The amendment adopts the changes proposed for public consultation on October 15, 2025, introducing 24 new prohibited substances and revising the entries for 3 existing substances. The notification entered into force on June 13, 2026.
