On October 27, 2023, UK notified WTO of a draft regulation, proposing to restrict the use of Butylated Hydroxytoluene (CAS No. 128-37-0) in cosmetics. The draft is open for comments until December 26, 2023, and expected to be adopted on January 16, 2024.1
