Vietnam to Require Online Registration of Imported Cosmetics

The Drug Administration of Vietnam has established a website to receive cosmetic product registration dossiers online.

The Drug Administration of Vietnam has established a website http://congbomypham.cqldvn.gov.vn to receive cosmetic product registration dossiers online.  From the 1st October 2015, the Vietnamese Drug Administration will only accept online applications for imported cosmetic products. The basic steps in the procedure include
  • Account registration
  • Online application
  • Online payment
  • Result checking
Currently, the Drug Administration is testing the program and openly receiving comments on its inadequacies so that they can improve the system and bring better service in the future.
