In order to advance cosmetic supervision and administrative reforms and further improve cosmetic filing efficiency, Zhejiang MPA announced on April 2nd the establishment of two new acceptance windows in Jinhua city and Yiwu city (a county-level city of Jinhua).
The two newly-designated acceptance windows are:

This move follows the release of provincial enforcement rules for filing management of first-imported non-specials cosmetics in Zhejiang province in November 2018 [1]. So far, in addition to the provincial MPA, Zhejiang province has set up three additional filing acceptance windows in Zhoushan [2], Jinhua and Yiwu city. A domestic responsible person located within the administrative jurisdiction of these cities shall complete filing at their local acceptance window. A domestic responsible person located outside these cities in Zhejiang shall complete filing at the provincial MPA.
