To reinforce cosmetic safety surveillance, China National Institutes for Food and Drug Control has decided to revise "Cosmetic Safety and Technical Standard" which is now open for public consultation.
The revision scope includes prohibited ingredients list, restricted ingredients list, permitted ingredients list and testing methods in 2015 Version (whole version see on CL data base). FDA and CIQ at any level, any cosmetic associations, cosmetic enterprises and testing institutions are allowed to submit suggestions. Suggestions should include revision contents, aims, scope and situation in other countries.
Public consultation will last until July 31st 2017，if you have any suggestion relating to this, you can send it to us (contact@chemlinked.com) before July 20th 2017, we will sort your suggestion and submit on behalf of you; Chemlinked will inform you when the revision results are released.
