Shanghai Released Measures to Reinforce Cosmetic Entrusted Manufacturing Quality Control

Shanghai FDA generally released three clear steps include:

1. Set out the regulations that entrusted manufacturing should comply with;
2. Strengthen the management on "Quality Agreement" to clarify the responsibility;
3. Implement whole process management.
