South Korea MFDS launched a Cosmetic Safety Assessment Support website to help industry prepare for the new mandatory safety assessment system. The platform offers guidance, consultations, FAQs, and regulatory updates ahead of phased implementation starting in 2028.

On July 1, 2026, South Korea's Ministry of Food and Drug Safety (MFDS) launched a new online platform to support the industry's preparation for the upcoming cosmetic safety assessment system. This new "Cosmetic Safety Assessment Support" website aims to provide comprehensive information and consulting services to help businesses adapt to the new regulations, which are scheduled to be implemented in phases starting from 2028.
