Taiwan FDA issued a draft on Feb.2nd 2017 proposing to ban the use of 17 cosmetic ingredients, which may harm human health. From Jan 1st 2018, cosmetic products containing these ingredients are prohibited from import, manufacture, sale and supply or intent to sell, supply and display.
Comments or suggestions can be conveyed to TFDA (joyin@fda.gov.tw) within 60 days from Feb. 3th 2017.
