In an internal conference CFDA outlined plans to expand the Shanghai Pudong first-imported, non-special cosmetic filing management scheme to a total of ten ports.

ChemLinked has reported that Sichuan, Fujian (see news on CL) and Zhejiang (see news on CL) would implement non-special cosmetic filing management practices. Experts in our team have obtained information from our sources in CFDA that the system will be extended to new ports to bring the total number of ports offering the system to 10. These 10 ports are Free Trade Zones including:

Portals

Tianjing

Liaoning

Zhejiang

Fujian

Henan

Hubei

Guangdong

Chongqing

Sichuan

Shanxi

Once the official documents are released, the filing management trial will start immediately until Dec.21st 2018.
